Ah yes, that old chestnut, @avaeroh - take a glance through this, tells you all you need to know: Volt Megaguide - ways to contact O2 via Social Media (expect to keep pestering for about 3 days before anyone engages with you there!) are in the link just below. Good luck, @avaeroh.

@avaeroh

Just for clarity, your data allowance will be doubled after 14 days to give you the 4gb promised.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have the same issue. despite three requests for activation of the Volt double data benefit since 30th January, it has not been applied. All I get is condescending garbage apologies and confirmations that the requests has been made. Does anyone have a solution to get shameless O2 to act.

@LostOnOtwo

Speak to Virgin Media, and make sure they have passed on the correct details to o2 to get it doubled, as even on small mistake by the numpties at VM Sales means you wont get the double data.

Thanks. You may well be right but how do you check that Virgin Media has passed on the correct details?
