I have recently moved house and i have notified o2 and changed my address in My O2 but still my volt benefits have not been transferred to my new address.

Usually with changes they can take 14 days.
I take it that Virgin Media have your new address, and your broadband has been swapped
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
