So this is aVolt package with your Broadband. You have to have the SIM as part of the package.
Admittedly this is the biggest complaint I see on Virgin's Volt forum.
As far as O2 are concerned you have entered a contract with them.
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
