Hello,
I am unable to activate my Volt benefits on my new O2 contract, getting the page that shows:
Thanks for your interest in Volt. There could be two reasons you're seeing this page. Either your Volt benefits have already been applied, or you can't get Volt at your address. Find out more below...
I was assured by the salesperson on the phone that I would be given these (both the VM and O2 package upgrades) before I signed up - and having been upsold to a more expensive contract. How do I activate these?
The O2 CS assistant on the phone said I have to wait a month for it to realise that I'm eligible - this wasn't made clear on the sales call and would mean I'd have to "wait and see" beyond the 14 day cooling off period, meaning I could be stuck in a contract that does not provide the agreed benefits.

A very misleading message that we have complained about since Volt was introduced
Volt benefits should be automatically applied around 14 days in.

Dear both,
Thank you for your replies.
MI5 - thanks - sorry I didn't see this as the way I ended up on this page via O2 support made it look like it was a support ticket, not submitting to the forum, until after submission. Starting to sense another reason to cancel before the end of the cooling off period.
Many thanks all.
