Worst Decision Ever to Choose Volt

This is my last attempt for find a solution !! I will be leaving O2 and Virgin Media and it is the worst decision to have package Volt !! I am customer of Volt M250 Fibre Broadband + Phone + 10GB SIM. However even though 10 days have been past I haven’t received any email/ SMS from O2 and my SIM has not delivered !! I am calling Virgin they are saying I should call O2. Once I am calling O2 it is asking my phone number WHICH IS THE PROBLEM THAT I DO NOT HAVE !! Please reach out to me

Having seen this on a number of occasions I'm taking a bet that Virgin haven't ordered the SIM.
Problem is they are the ones you signed up with and they are the ones responsible.
As you are within 14 days I would phone Virgin and cancel.
