I signed up for Virgin on Sunday and received an email from O2 on Monday to say SIM has been despatched. I have received my first invoice. However I Haven’t received the SIM and whilst I appreciate that Royal Mail have been on strike, they don’t recognise the tracking number from the O2 app.
Obviously I’ll give it a few more days but if I still haven’t received it, what is the best method of contacting O2. I tried to ask the BOT but it was sending me round in circles.

I too have the same issue, I spoke to customer services a week ago about this, they have send a new replacement, but that hasn't arrived. The tracking codes don't work so I have no idea whats happening. And to cap things off, yesterday they have taken the first DD out of my account. Did you manage to get sorted?

If you are struggling to get them through the post @AlanG then it could be worth visiting your local o2 store and getting them to hand one directly to you?
Tracking codes on SIM deliveries rarely work as I don't think they are sent via the fully tracked service on Royal Mail, and given the delays with RM they may well not arrive until the new year now...

Shop may be best bet. Royal Mail bosses want parcels prioritising over letters.
