Part of my upgraded Virgin Media package is O2 SIM.
I have not yet received it nor have an account attached to a phone but I have been billed but no direct debit set up as yet.
Please advise.

Your account is setup when the sim is ordered and your billing starts immediately.
O2 will use the same billing details as Virgin.
You can request a refund of charges up to the point your sim is delivered.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
