Hello,
I am both an O2 and Virgin media customer.
I tried to unlock the Volt feature through the O2 website but was unable to do so.
I either ended up on a broken web link, or with an error message.
Could you please help me activate this feature ?

This isnt customer services but a customer to customer forum.
If you have just joined o2 or Virgin you will need to wait until upto 14 days have passed, for your accounts to be updated to double speed BB, and double data allowance.
If it is over 14days you will need to contact o2 on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 and Virgin Media on 150 from a VM Phone or 0345 454 1111
