Any help please? I’m a pay monthly o2 customer and a virgin customer, in my o2 it says I’ve activated my volt but cannot see the travel exclusive perk ? 
any help please

It will show as a bolt on.

It will show as a bolt on, in myo2, if it isnt then you will need to speak to o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

 

Beaware it can take until after any change your mind periods to be applied,

The web view of My MyO2 shows none of the volt stuff, nor the deal extra data built-in, so just in case 👍🏼
