I recently updated my O2 plan to a new 12 month contract. I had Volt benfits before and it still says I'm eligible on my account, but I haven't been given double data as yet. I know it can take some time but it's been nearly a month now since I updated my conract and wondered how I can get it activated?

As we are all customers here and cannot access accounts You need to contact O2
Usually it takes 14 days max
