I recently switched to O2 because of the Bolt offer and was assured that the £6 monthly SIM deal would be the same price for the 12 month duration of the contract, by the Virgin person I was on Live Chat with. However, 02 have put the price up this month anyway! What can I do?

Yes, and they were no help at all, said those were the terms etc. I then spoke to Virgin who said the price will be as quoted, 6 pounds and will reimburse the extra charged this month

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
