I have an O2 account, moved over from Virgin Mobile, and now Virgin Broadband, when I try to sign up for Volt Benefits it says I'm. Not eligible.

 

Can anyone help?

It often says that which is nonsense.

Your application is being processed and should be active within 14 days Volt Megaguide
