I had double data applied with Volt for last 2 months on monthly plan . Then received an offer for 3gb extra data than what I was getting before with the double data applied for extra £2 pm I accepted after confirming I would still get my double data on this new tariff . However double data hasn't been applied at the start of this new tariff .

It will reappear. Usually 10 to 14 days after changing tariff

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
