Volt benefits not applied after 2 months!

Got a new contract with Virgin Media that included a 6GB data, unlimited calls and text O2 Volt sim. The O2 sim was created with 3GB data, so I questioned straight away and O2 said it would take 14 days to apply Volt benefits to get the 6GB data. After 14 days nothing happened so contacted O2 and they said they'll update it and it would take another 7 days. Again after further 7 days still nothing. This continued for a month.

 

I put in a complaint in as nothing was getting sorted for me. Complaint Review Service Ref: 5865375. An agent Ducker Tom said he'd look into it and pass to correct team. Would take 7 days. After 7 days nothing happened.

 

This has been going on for 2 months now and still nothing. Can someone do something about this and give me my double data? I'm going to the ombudsman if I this doesn't get resolved. I have all records of contact and email replies as evidence of failed promises.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

PS you need to follow O2 complaints before going to the Ombudsman but do so as a lat resort as it will block any other help channels once a complaint is raised.
