Hi,
As a student, I currently pay for virgin media broadband at my university address. This is not my billing address however and I do not wish for it to be so.
I recently became an O2 customer to gain volt benefits for my student address, but have been forced to deliver to my home address.
As such, accounts are in my name, and have the same billing address, but my current primary address is not the same as my billing address and this is where the broadband is installed.
Will this void my eligibility for Volt? Even if I could provide proof of address that I am the same account owner in both cases?
Without the volt benefits I had no reason to sign up with O2 so will be cancelling.
Thanks in advance and apologies if anyone has had a similar problem (I couldn't find a duplicate here).

I think this is something you'd need to contact Virgin about.
You should get the double data from O2 no problem but the BB speed increase might be more challenging.
