Volt activation, apple music and international roaming for messaging

1. As per my pack, I am eligible for Volt benefits. I received a email from Virgin media on 30th june 2023 that my volt benefits will be activated in 14 days. However it is still not activated.

2. Also I have a apple music free subscription for 6 month on this pack, but no reference code is provided to me to activate it.

3. I am currently travelling abroad and I am not able to receive OTP on my phone. Can you please activate international roaming on my phone?

1. You will need to contact customer services, if your Volt benefits are active,

You’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG),

 

2. You will need to speak to whoever you took out the deal with so either o2 or Virgin  see above

3. OTP's are at the mercy of the roaming network to be delivered, as once the have left the UK network they have no control over them.

As far as roaming is concerned you should have O2 Travel Inclusive 

Guide: Roaming MegaGuide 

You will need to contact O2 on social media

they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
