Hi - I have just started using my new Volt Ultimate SIM which we ordered thru VirginMedia - This tariff is meant to offer unlimited minutes and texts, with 250GB of data. This morning I received an email saying I have spent £26 over my tariff… Can this be corrected and the £26 refunded, please?

You would need to contact customer services then @PatriciaOS as this is a community of other o2 customers.
