My Volt SIM contract runs out next month with you and just signed new deal with virgin yesterday which does not include Volt SIM now how do I cancel this SIM as after November will no longer want the SIM

Hi I have spoke with virgin they tell me and need to speak with 02 was on web chat last night for hours only to be told virgin deal with it all I want to do is when contract runs out I don't want to be out on rolling contract ,I don't have the phone here as my grandson uses it is there anyway online you can give them 30 days notice as I cannot find this anywhere . Thanks
