However, the above number is not my son's number - will you be sending separate instructions on how he is to port over his number or are we to ask BT for PAC code from BT and provide that to you at o2?

This is not O2, @Andrew28 - you will need to get in touch with O2 directly, the sales team can help with that, message them on Social Media if you can
