I am a Virgin customer on a broadband package and I have the O2 monthly phone contract but my account says I am not eligible for Volt because I don’t have broadband in my area. I clearly do!
can someone advise my my account is not up to date with this please?

Normally takes 14 days to start. If you need further help you need to contact O2
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
