Are the pods free? This is what I understand from the spiel but Virgin are saying no. I have had my 02 volt benefits for about 6 weeks. Thanks

I got two pods free from Virginmedia as part of my Volt benefits

You can only order one at a time though

I would call them again

Unless something has changed in the last six months?

I've had 2 free pods but after that I think you pay £5 each.
