Virgin install delayed

Hi can you help me I was expecting virgin to install broadband today and to then get double data via volt on my O2 sim.

virgin are sending a dongle out in the next 3 days but I only have 500mb of data left on my O2 sum now can we get the double data applied ?

It takes 14 days for Volt to be applied once Virginmedia have installed for you
