Virgin broadband customer

I was told as an  O2 and virgin accounts holder I was entitled to a free upgrade in internet ( double the speed) although I have tried several times and checked account details are correct it stills says I do not qualify

You should get the benefits applied after 14 days of application.

It's common to get the same error message Volt Megaguide 

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
