I'm a long term member of the Virgin Community and, like O2, they have now a Volt section.

It makes; shall we say, 'interesting' reading.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

They do and their customer services need to read it!

O2's guide was put together by our Social Media Team so we find it helpful as members of this forum, to point anyone with queries to the guide.

No offence @Enlli but the Virgin Boards are not a place to spend a lot of time, and the Forum Team over there seem to be useless and it is full of people who are posting as private customers who are VM Employees, and are up there own *****

VM's CS and Forum team could do with reading the VOLT guide, and also not trying the hard sale on everyone, lots of complaints about the PH Call Centre, and there efforts to earn a few more Peso's....

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
