Solved: Virgin Broadband upgrade and WiFi Pod Order

Hello,

I joined Virgin media recently as an O2 customer. I am subscribed for Volt and I was told from Virgin that O2 needs to upgrade my broadband Volt package.

Additionally, I can’t get any internet in half of my house. I ran a test and got less than 30mbps. I believe I can order free wifi pods to enhance the signal.

How could I upgrade my broadband Volt package?

You need to use the Virgin app My Virgin Media app | Download for free | Virgin Media to run the speed tests and order the pods if they deem it necessary, or call them on Customer service: 0345 454 1111

For your mobile data boost you need to request it through your MyO2 app.
