Urgent help needed.

Guys,

I have an o2 sim only account that I have linked with virgin media so I may get volt. Recently I added a second sim line to this account aswell.

If I am to remove the first sim will my volt benefits continue? As I still have an o2 sim monthly account?

Yes you will still get Volt benefita as long as you have one contract with O2

Thank you for For clarifying this issue, I called o2 rep to get my pac code for one of the line, She was adamant on saying that I will lose all the volt benefits even thought after cancelling one line there would still be one active sim line in my account.

You will get Volt benefits on the remaining contract
