I was looking to upgrade to a new sim only plan. I remain an Virgin and 02 customer, however receive this message before proceeding. "Sorry, as you are no longer eligible for supercharge benefits you new plan won't include Volt boosts like double data and travel data"

I dont want to upgrade and then have a battle on my hands to try and get the benefits I currently have! Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

As per the other thread you posted on.

I had the same message last week and the very next day my volt benefits were reinstated.

As long as you have both O2 and Virgin contracts at the same address you remain eligible.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
