Hi
I took out the O2 Volt SIM when I renewed my VirginMedia contract 18 months ago
According to the O2 App my contract ended on the 7/9/23, but I cannot change the tariff as the app says I 'cant change it right now'.
I only use on average 12Gb of data a month plus not many calls or texts, so was looking for a cheaper tariff that more suited my needs.
Is this something to do with VOLT SIMS only or is it a bug in the app

Sounds like a bug in the system.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
