Hello all,
I was just trying to change my sim tariff to cut costs and picked out one that I wanted when I cam across this message below saying that I wouldn't be eligible for any Volt benefits. I am a VM customer and have them currently applied on my mobile and broadband deals, so this makes no sense. Tried online chat but it says they're all busy.
Also, the deal I picked offers 6 months of Apple music, but when I go to pick my extras that doesn't come up, only Amazon music was available. All very confusing.
Thoughts and advice welcome as ever.
Thanks in advance.

Best you contact them. (See below)
Normally when you change plans the Volt Benefits stop and are then reapplied about 14 days later
From Terms and Conditions

Apple music is via a redemption code which will be text to you by O2 after a few days.

Contacted via both platforms (live chat seems to be permanently down). Response time is glacial. Five hours for the first question and still waiting for them to answer after I provided my details. Good job I'm not in a hurry. Not sure how this has been ticked off by someone as a solution.

Live chat is a waste of time.
The social media links are slow but much faster than chat.
Ring 202 just after 8 am and you usually get through

Just an update - logged on to my VM pages and found this. I haven't left my account. Has anyone else had this problem?

Daft question but how did you do the tariff change?
Did you do it as an upgrade, tariff change in myo2 or a new contract and a migrate?
As this usually happens on the later 2 and then gets reapplied after the 14days are up...

Hi, I didn't actually go through with it because the offer I was looking at expired. Usually I just change the tariff, as opposed to an upgrade, via My O2.
