Solved: Travelling to USA

I am an O2 customer and Virgin and have the O2 travel inclusive as part of this. Does this mean I can use my phone as normal in America?
USA is in zone 1 so my understanding is that this would be included and I would pay £6 a day to use in zone 2. Is this correct?
