My account says I have the zone 1 travel volt bolt on included. But I got a text saying I didn’t have it when I got to Canada. So I tried to add it to my account - but it’s already there! Help - do I have it or not?

You will need to make contact with o2 as no one on this CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER community can tell you as no one has access to accounts.

It will show as a bolt on in your MyO2.
