Hi
I have travel inclusive bolt on, just landed in USA and received a txt message saying I will need to buy a zone 1 bolt even thou I have an allowance of 100gb. I am a pay monthly SIM only customer
I thought my inclusive bolt on covered me for travel to USA so why do I need another bolt on?
Any guidance much appreciated

If you definitely have O2 Travel Inclusive you do not need to buy any bolt ons.
Just use your phone as normal.

Something has gone wrong there.
If you have the O2 Travel INCLUSIVE bolt on, that covers you for travel in the USA
Wait for a few hours to see if you are being charged. If so you need to contact O2.
From abroad the free number to call is +44 7860 980 202.
