Supercharged Volt never started

I was on an o2 PAYG sim.

I signed up for the virgin o2 supercharged Volt plan for 18 months. My Broadband has been activated but my mobile is still on a PAYG.

How do I swap my mobile over to the monthly volt plan? I selected "keep my existing number", and provided by CAN, so I would have expected my new plan to have started days ago.

@Jju - Guide: Migration & porting into O2 - call into an O2 shop with photo id and a utility bill, you will need to take out a contract to move off PAYG, and PAYG does not count for Volt benefits Volt Megaguide
