Note it takes about 14 days after you claim Volt for it to be applied to both your phone and your VM - and if the addresses are different, it can take even longer. O2 can be contacted via Social Media at the link below, or via 202, and Virgin Media via 0345 454 1111 to confir addresses match. Good luck!

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Assume you mean the doubling of data on O2.
Have Virgin given you your speed increase?
Is your address exactly the same with O2 and Virgin?
If it is more than 14 days since sign up it may be best talking to O2

Same here, four mobile accounts have all been updated to Volt, still waiting for the broadband tobe updated.
