Hi there, I originally started my contract with virgin mobile and have been shifted to o2. In the gap between I have recently moved address due to issues with our landlord, unfortunately after tracking the order it is being sent to my old address in which would be difficult to receive due to circumstances. Is there anyway it can be delivered to my new address or have that sim disabled and a new one sent to my new address as my phone is now out of service due to not having the new sim,
