5 days ago,i renewed my contract with virgin. It was agreed that I have Volt. Whilst taking this I realised I had also been forced to be a.customer of 02.

My SIM is still yet to arrive 5 days later and I don't really want the 02 product. Could I have the same virgin products without having 02 forced upon me?

Im autistic and felt that my accessibility needs had not been met.

I look forward to hearing from someone who can help.

Thanks

Stu

You can't have the Volt Benefits if you don't have an O2 SIM.

From the Virgin side you will have to renegotiate your deal.

As far as O2 is concerned you will have 14 days to leave once you receive your SIM.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
