I have Volt O2 Travel Inclusive Zone which gives me Unlimited mins, Unlimited texts and Unlimited Roaming Data for Australia, with no extra charge

The website says:

"What's not included?

Calls made to other destinations (not the UK or the country you’re visiting)."

Can someone confirm that I can call other Australian numbers (mobile, landline but not premium numbers) for free; and that I can call the UK (mobile, landline but not premium numbers) while in Australia for free?

You are correct in your assumption. It's calls from Australia to another country which is not the UK which are not included. Australia to Australia OK Australia to UK OK

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
