I did not ask for this. Is this a scam?

If you have both o2 and Virgin, then this is to be expected as part of your Volt Benefits, you get double data, travel inclusive automatically... 

So not a scam... but some freebies...

If you have recently joined o2, and have Virgin at your home address, then you would have been given a Volt upgrade @1234567890
