Problems with signal on virgin mobile.

Does anyone know what went wong with the signal on virgin mobile two nights ago as I lost service with virgin mobile over night as I lost signal and I thought it was my phone so I turned my off and then back on and that did not work so I took the sim card out and plowed into the sim card holder and then put the sim card in and that did not work so I asked my alexa if the virgin media network was down and found out it was? I thought that was weird when virgin mobile is using the o2 network so now I my giffgaff service and my o2 mobile boardband and o2 mobile is working no problem as I have single on giffgaff and my o2 mobile boardband and o2 mobile phone but not on virgin mobile phone.

It was a major outage.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Oh OK but the thing is the signal went down on my virgin mobile number but the signal on my o2 mobile boardband and o2 mobile and my giffgaff was still going but they all must be connected to the same mask so I don't know now that happened.

If Virgin's systems were down it can effect their connection to O2. It can happen

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
