Poor wifi in two rooms

Hi I understand I can claim up to 3 free WIFI hubs. I have a reading of 4mbps in lounge and 19mgbs in bedroom I am unable to contact virgin so can you help

Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
O2 customers can call 202 from their O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You have to go through Virgin.

The agent will ask you to use the Connect App on your phone to scan each room. That app will report back to Virgin directly. 

Usually, they supply one at a time.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
