Hello,
I have a pay monthly sim deal with O2 and a virgin broadband account. I do not seem to have double data and it says I am not eligible. Can you please fix this. Thanks

No one on this customer to customer community can do anything to fix it..
It normally applies once the 14day change of mind period ends, if it hasn't then you need to contact o2, the best way is via X (twitter) and they can check some details.
You will need to make sure the address matches , also have a look at this guide Volt Megaguide
