Hello. Its been over a month since i signed up for a volt package, which was a 15 GB O2 SIM and 125 mbps wifi. Wifi hub arrived and I've been using the WiFi for a month now. Still had no messages from O2 about my SIM card.

Odds on the sales person at Virgin failed to place the order, I would check in with Virgin Media Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 and find out, if they say its been order then speak to o2 and get a replacement sim sent out.
