Finally got Virgin to upgrade my broadband. Now I need to get o2 to let me into my account details on o2 app. Taken months to get here with Volt.
Is there a way to combine o2 and Virgin?

O2 and Virgin are now one, but merging of functions is taking a long time to complete - you will have to refer to VM for Broadband and O2 for mobile service for a while yet. The link just below has a combined list of the ways to get in touch or find out where to get support for both parts of the company. Good luck @Pugwash02

Many thanks. My problem is getting at my o2 account. Either it is not available to me yet, or login gets wifi account only.....and tells me nothing! Will o2 shop cure this?

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202
Or use the social media links below
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

You could try accessing your account from your phone with its WiFi disabled - it should work that way, using O2's cellular network, if there is an issue accessing it any other way.
An O2 Shop may help, but you will need to take photo ID in with you before they can do anything, @Pugwash02 - good luck!

All sorted thanks. O2 shop found mangled login......but customer services had to untangle it.
I now have separate logins for Virgin and o2, but I have the Volt upgrades for each. I am settling for this and leaving well alone for now!
