Hello
I have received a new SIM card following my change in package with virgin and yourselves, but I told the person from virgin that I already have 2 mobile phone accounts with yourselves and didn’t need any more, but now I have another SIM card for phone number xxxxxxxxxx under the surname xxxx instead of xxxxx and the email account was entered wrongly as xxxxxxxxxxxxx instead of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
is there any way I can cancel this new SIM card and just leave myself with the 2 accounts I currently have for me and my wife for numbers xxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxx?
or if not can the other details be changed so that I can access them on myO2?
or if I have to keep the sim is there a chance we can reduce the tariff? What are my options.
any help would really be appreciated, cheers Stephen

The contract must be cancelled with O2
It is O2 who will be billing you for the sim
Nothing to do with Virginmedia now

You need to contact Virgin Media, dont just cancel the new sim with o2, as your contract will need to be renegotiated, as the sim forms part of your deal give them a call on 0345 454 1111
Also remove all your phone numbers, as you are liable for any spam or scams as YOU posted personal data on a public forum, which nefarious folk, can use to scam you

As you already have 2 O2 SIM cards you can safely cancel the one forced on you by Virgin (they get bigger commission) and keep your Volt benefits on both.
No need to inform Virgin, and you won't get anywhere with them anyway.
