Migrating volt benefits

Hello,

So I recently got a new O2 contract and as a Virgin media customer already, activated my volt benefits. I then had to cancel my contract and start another one as I had messed up my contract end dates with three and couldn't port my number without a financial penalty. No when I try to get the volt benefits it gives me a message that I'm not eligible. I'm guessing this is because it was already activated previously. Essentially my question is, how can I migrate the benefits from my cancelled contract to my active one?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

It happens automatically within 7 to 10 days or so. So long as name and address in both contracts match, @Tobes - Volt Megaguide

Hang in there 👍
