I recently took out the Ultimate Volt bundle with Virgin media and O2 on a new contract. Previously I had a £6 a month sim only deal with O2 with Volt benefits. I contacted O2 via phone and was told I could merge the sim only contracts so I could have just the latest one. I received a bill for £45.14 from O2 after being told there wouldn’t be a charge for merging the accounts. I’ve contacted via phone twice and assured that a refund was on the way I’ve never received it. Wish I’d just stayed with the original O2 contract would have been better without the volt benefits.
