International roaming

Hi , I have International roaming,  can someone please advise what that should give me. I'm currently in Florida and was told usa is a country I should be able to use my mins, txts , data with no charge, made one phone call to the hotel whilst here and been charged for an International call when I'm actually in the country so confused on what I should be benefitting from. I have had multiple chats with o2 but am getting nowhere so would appreciate any advise

If you have O2 Travel Inclusive then all calls, texts and data is free, although data is very slow and you would be better off with a local sim from T Mobile or AT&T.
