Hi I’ve just upgraded my phone and then received a message saying that I have 5GB of volt added and 30 GB volt removed. Does this mean that my previous plan was a lot better than the new one? When I got this new phone I intended for the vault to be increased not decreased

@PeterLock

Difficult to say for sure, but it would appear that you have reduced your data allowance.

Remember though, that it does get doubled. Volt Megaguide

Note only the base data is doubled - any additional boost, say if you bought your contract from a reseller, is not counted, @PeterLock

For example - you upgrade to a deal that offers 10GB, with a 2x or 3x additinal, so you get 20GB or 30B.

Volt will only double the base data, in this case, doubling the 10GB by 10GB, leaving you with

10base + 10(2x) + 10Volt : 30GB total

Or

10base + 20(3x) + 10Volt: 40GB total
