As per title.. Cant see any volt extra data after applying weeks ago. I do have both O2 and Virgin. Tried live chat and calling but cant get through.
Any ideas anyone, please?

You need to speak to both o2 and VM, and see if there is any mismatch between the address details, but bare in mind it can take over 14 days for it to be applied to your account
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
