I ordered a Samsung z fold, which had some items as a gift included.  But I have not seen it or had not had any update about it.

You have to claim via Samsung as the gifts come from them not O2 This is the usual method

Open the Samsung Members app, which is pre-installed on your new phone, and go to the benefits section. Complete the online claim form, upload your proof of purchase and provide all other required information.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
